In our work together, I aim to help individuals, couples, and families:

• Learn strategies to make their relationships healthier, more peaceful and more rewarding
• Heal from past emotional injuries that may block creativity and fulfillment
• Learn to enjoy each moment by improving their ability to relax and rid themselves of toxic stress using evidence-based mindfulness strategies
• Explore how their life may have gone off track from what they imagined and learn to take back control using evidence-based Acceptance and Commitment Therapy or (ACT) strategies.

Andrea Szporn, PhD, LP, offers psychotherapy to individuals, couples and families.  Teletherapy via video-conferencing on a HIPAA-compliant platform may be offered in situations where this modality is appropriate for current or former clients.

Dr. Szporn is also a Certified Gottman Educator and incorporates information from Dr. Gottman's Bringing Baby Home Program into therapy for couples transitioning to parenthood.
